Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis Job in Renoirgroup

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Lead Financial Planning &Analysis

-Review of month-end closing activities, overhead cost allocation, Project wise Profitability analysis, releasing monthly MIS, Short term projections and Projections Vs Actual Analysis report within set deadlines.

- Partner with the CEOs of all regions and prepare the annual Business Plan for various regions and Global for the Company.

- Producing weekly Financial Modeling report which provides insight to management on the estimated cash flow for the coming six months.

- Producing weekly Estimated Profit and Loss report which explains the impact of the incoming projects on the Profitability of the company in the coming six months.

- Releasing weekly Revenue tracker Statement.

- Manpower Mobility Management in various countries as per the Tax Protection Policy of the company.

-Timely and accurate preparation of MIS/Budgets for the Group. Analysis of MIS data and its drivers and synthesize it into meaningful analysis through discussions with operations at various levels of the organization.

-Monitoring costs and looking for savings

-Assistance in development of performance parameters for each region through detailed discussions and deliberations with regional CEO s.

Tracking important KPIs and provide advance signals, if any, to the management

-Any other report as may be required by the management from time to time

YOU WILL HAVE

• Experience in Management reporting.
• Knowledge of Advance Excel and strong accounting and SAP system knowledge.
• Keen with Number Crunching
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize my work to meet tight deadlines under pressure with calmness and perseverance
• Capability to supervise the work of others and lead the team.
• High level of ownership and responsibility.
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Experience in review of closing activity and timely closure of books on monthly basis
• Advance Excel and power point, strong accounting, and system knowledge.

Additionally, working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems and its processes, is essential
