Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the rental industry, real estate laws, consumer protection laws, and contract law in India. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex legal issues. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate legal advice and negotiate contracts.
