Job Summary

Job Requirement PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university. A Master's degree in Law (LLM) is preferred but not mandatory. Experience: Minimum of 3-6 years of experience as a legal professional, with exposure to contract drafting, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the rental industry, real estate laws, consumer protection laws, and contract law in India. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex legal issues. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate legal advice and negotiate contracts. Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
