Job Summary
We are looking for seasoned candidates to join our branch banking team. The role would focus on market leadership in a particular region and drive the business growth agenda. A region could have between 15 25 branches.
JOB ROLE- Support Zonal Head in branch expansion plans and drive strategic initiatives in the region
- Responsible for effective conflict resolution for inter-channel issues & intra bank issues
- Liaising with top HNI clients and key corporate channel clients
- Responsible for self-audit of all branches and corrective action plan
- Overseeing entire Retail Liability, Asset and Revenue Business including third party products
- Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting & developing annual sales, projecting expected sales volume & profit for existing/new products, analyzing trends & results, establishing pricing strategies, recommending selling prices, monitoring costs, competition, supply & demand
- Facilitate customer oriented operations ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms banking operations
- Ensure right level of staffing in the region across all roles by owning attrition and people development
- Good experience in the acquisition of current accounts
- Strong exposure in a team handling role
- Strong sales orientation and customer focus
- Customer-centric approach
- Must have knowledge of KYC/CA account opening
- Strong inter-personal skills and leadership ability which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit
Education
Post-graduate (MBA Preferred)
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
