Sales Manager Corporate Salary Job in Rexon Products & Business Services Llp

We are looking for energetic candidates to join our branch banking team. The role would be responsible for acquiring corporate salary codes from target segment to enable acquisition of CS by SM/SO.

• Drive corporate engagement activities to acquire salary accounts
• Monitor customer profile, understand customer s business needs & provide appropriate product / pricing solution.
• Ensure Sales process adherence & desired productivity of SOs
• Manage, mentor and motivate the SO team and evaluate and recommend the appropriate programs for differential training needs
• Ensure catchment mapping & scoping for the Corporate Salary business with the help of SOs along with RH
• Ensure acquired accounts are maintaining desired value and credit of salary
• Monitor the quality of sourcing of products to evaluate developmental needs of the sales teams and drive the sales system towards quality standards where risks are well controlled
• Responsible for the development of team and maintaining low attrition
• Ensure cross-sell of engagement products assets, wealth, trade forex, etc

• Demonstrated Ability in sales planning and conceptualize promotions and marketing initiatives
• Strong strategic, analytical, communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage and implement change initiatives by taking ownership and working with all stakeholders
• Strong inter-personal skills and leadership ability which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit

Education

Post-graduate (MBA Preferred)
