Role & Responsibilities:
As a core member of our partnerships team, you would be expected to

  • Understand the affinity distribution models within insurance.
  • Explore unique insurance use-cases with consumer organizations.
  • Build a strong pipeline of potential partners across industries, largely digital first.
  • Develop a consultative approach to devise the right solution for partners.
  • Independently work with potential partners through the sales funnel and execute timely closures.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to oversee timely onboarding and activation of acquired partners.

Who we re looking for?

We re looking for smart and committed individuals someone who believes in taking ownership, has the ability to take quick decisions, and thrives in a high-energy, fast paced environment.

  • Experience of working in partnerships, strategic alliances, B2B sales.
  • Current role in strategic alliances/ digital partnerships.
  • Experience of working within BFSI / Fintech, or with BFSI/Fintech partners.
  • Experience of managing multiple stakeholders will be preferred.
  • Experience within insurance is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Top notch oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent at preparing and giving presentations.

Experience: Lead: 6-9 years of overall experience; 3+ years of relevant experience.

Experience: Associate: 4-7 years of overall experience; 2+ years of relevant experience.

4 to 7 Years
