� Add users to enablement platforms, manage user groups, open service now requests and manage proactively with the IT team ID creation Access allocation in the DAM
� Perform activities involved in the fulfilment of printed marketing and regulatory material to support sales and marketing objectives Print workflow
� Coordinate various deliverables with outside print vendors via Email Calls Build and support vendor relationships
� Coordinate assigned shorter term projects and ensure timely completion of tasks and projects. Ensure that completed projects materials are approved according to company processes and guidelines and placed in the appropriate locations for multiple processes
� Post static content and manage printing & kitting on technology platform VMZ
� Manage print inventory & procurement
� Manage the project specs for various deliverables and align schedules internally and externally to ensure delivery milestones are met for print fulfilment
� Support marketing and sales teams by providing timely customer service help via Email Calls for marketing owned technology questions VMZ support to field, content location and enrollment kit questions
� Develop standard work and processes including requesting, developing and measuring ongoing effectiveness of marketing operations
� Adopt, utilize and role models the organization as part of everyday activities to drive behavior, facilitate and foster team collaboration & empowerment, and promote a problem solving culture
