Job Summary
Creation of new Product construct in consultation with insurer and internal business team as per partner requirements Work on introducing new product/variants with existing partners Create robust product mix across partner channels Management repository of product documents partner-wise/insure-wise Co-ordinate with different insurer/partner to development Product content for buyer front end journey Manage Product and process integration across insurer/channel partner for implementation of different insurance products Develop and Manage product benchmarking/white spaces identification/Industry updates Research on new product/concept/innovation and best practices identification

Roles & Responsibilities
Product Management
Support and manage product requirements including:
- Content Management
- Product Integration Support IT and Process Management Team on Product implementation process in discussion with IT, Business & Partner process requirement
- Market Research & Benchmarking
- Process & Development Support
Support development of Requirement Documentation for implementation of Product in-coordination with IT, Partner, Insurer and Business process team
Requirements, Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor s degree, Masters preferred.
- Experience in Broking channel handling Non-life products will be an advantage
- Good Communication and Writing Skills
- Good Knowledge of Computer, Excel and Power-point required.
Experience:
3 to 5 years (in General Insurance Home, Motor, Lability, All Risk, Business & Commercial)
