Job Summary
Position - Account officer
Role and Responsibilities
- Doing Refund for Ticket issued in CRS Amadeus and Sabre
- Audit for Refund ticket done by staff in CRS.
- Identify error and highlight to senior.
- Audit the ADM and ACM issued in BSP.
- Using BSP Raising RA (Refund Application)
- Processing refund on BSP link and CRS (Amadeus and Sabre)
BSP Reconciliation:
- Checking unbilled ticket and coordinating with Accounts/Counter Staff.
- Reconciling voided ticket and matching the same.
- Passing credit note for EMD/Block and keeping track until final issuance.
- Pulling differences from system and correcting same.
- Follow-up for short collection via email/phone with concern staff.
- Passing JV to settle BSP Account & Prepare MIS for record purpose.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Need to have excellent communication skills.
- CRS work experience Amadeus / Sabre
- Ability to multitask, prioritize & work under stress.
- Atleast 2+ yrs of experience
