Job Summary

Job Description We are seeking Support Engineers to join our development team to help design, implement and maintain new systems, as well as adapt existing systems to meet changing business and technology requirements. This role will involve working closely with IT management, development teams, technical delivery teams and vendors to ensure successful design, development and delivery of solutions. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for technology, who can drive software change and release management processes, helping to improve the overall maturity of the software development lifecycle. They will have a proven track record in enterprise technical support or IT support and be skilled at ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard. Responsibilities: Take ownership of customer issues reported and resolve them to completion Diagnose, research and troubleshoot technical issues and identify solutions Follow standard procedures for escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers Ensure proper recording and closure of all reported issues Prepare reports in a timely and accurate manner Contribute to the knowledge base by documenting technical information in the form of tech notes and articles Adhere to set SLA for issues with respect to severity Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field Proven experience in enterprise technical support, IT support or as a technical engineer In-depth knowledge of the product that the technician is supporting Strong problem-solving skills Excellent client-facing skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills
