Job Summary

  • Self-starter able to come up to speed on complex, challenging concepts with minimal assistance
  • Previous experience in a B2B SaaS startup company an advantage
  • Ability to quickly context-switch between multiple complex work streams
  • Leverage domain knowledge and deep product skills to quickly gain an understanding of the intent of a delivered solution
  • Instinctive ability to subdivide problems into basic components in order to efficiently pinpoint the root cause of issues.
  • Personal requirements:

  • Age parameter must be between 25 to 35 years.
  • Should be fluent in English, Hindi, Odia.
  • Should not have been convicted of any offense of criminal in nature, moral turpitude, embezzlement or defalcation of cash or assets.
  • Should be interested in joining a food/ FMCG company like RUCHI.
  • Qualification requirements:

  • Technical bachelor degree in Computer Science engineering stream, an advanced degree is preferable.
  • 4 to 6 years of work experience as a professional services consultant, customer support engineer, product support.
  • Experience in team handling.
  • Experience in mobile advertising analytics is a plus.
  • Experience working with Mobile App development or Support environment.
  • Hands on experience working with a variety of software products in real-time environments.
  • Ability to write basic scripts, regular expressions, SQL queries, etc. as required for the debugging process.
  • Very good understanding of App server logging and AWS Athena SQL queries.
  • Mobile App Testing (iOS, Android, and SDK) experience is a big plus.
  • Knowledge of HTML, HTTP, REST API call protocols, formats and HTTP trace/debugging.
  • Responsibilities

  • Create samples for the platforms in which they have experience.
  • If they have more in-depth knowledge in Android or Xamarin they can also work on fixing small bugs in the Kinvey SDKs for those platforms, but this is not their main objective as support engineers.
  • Android and JavaScript, SAML, Oauth, OpenID Protocols working.
