Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
Good understanding of both domains based and technology-based recruiting.

Excellent communication skills, great work ethic and committed to the organization on a long-term basis.
Ability to understand and analyze technical requirements to seek qualified candidates with matching skill set.
Should be aggressive and quick learner.
Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
Degree
Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint and Recruiting tools.
Familiar with Job Portals like Monster, Indeed, Dice, Career builder and social networking site like LinkedIn.
