Business Analyst Job in SQUALAS

We seek an experienced and passionate business analyst who has hands-on experience defining and documenting functional requirements/technical specifications, facilitating discussions and coordinating the delivery of new and existing solutions. You will play a crucial role in identifying, improving, and developing technology solutions that drive our strategic goals.What you'll be doingLead requirement gathering sessions for provisioning requirements.Continuous research and understanding of functional domains like Retail, e-Commerce, manufacturing, Fin-Tech, Hi-Tech, Supply Chain, and more.Prepare documentation on current and to-be processes.Translate existing processes and requirements into the appropriate requirement tracking tool.Plan, coordinate, and document meetings as necessary to meet task requirements. Maintain or create business documentation as necessary.Work closely with the development team to integrate client / functional domain requirements into the existing requirements set.Assist in the preparation and testing for application and business processes.Preparation of functional requirements.

What skills are we looking for?

Organizing and leading requirements gathering and related meetings with stakeholders at multiple levels.Experience creating use cases and user stories based on requirements.Functional testing includes reviewing test plans, compiling results, and supporting test users.Strong in oral and written communication skillsStrong in teamwork and collaboration skillsShould be open for travel to client location for requirement gathering, business process mapping, configuration, training, and other activities.
