Job Summary

Job Summary

We require candidates to provide technical support to our overseas customers remaining within defined Service Level Agreement times. He should have excellent analytical and trouble shooting ability with good command over written English.

Tasks and Responsibilities -

  • Monitor & review server backups (R1Soft CDP).
  • Process customer orders and provisoning VPS Servers & Dedicated Servers.
  • Managing the Cloud Hosting infrastructure and cloud order execution.
  • Candidates need to answer helpdesk tickets & live chat to assist clients encountering problems with their dedicated servers / shared hosting / VPS Hosting / Cloud Hosting.
  • You should be dynamic to collect information about service incidents and search known error database. Provide remediation & escalate as necessary.
  • Respond to incoming abuse reports and notify clients or provide basic investigation of abuse source as determined by service level.
  • Assist with provisioning tasks as directed by supervisor.

Qualification and Experience

We're primarily focused on Windows Hosting and we need people with the following qualification and experience:

  • Any graduate/post-graduate with degree/diploma in Information Technology or Computer Engineering. People with other qualification with IT certification or IT experience may also apply.
  • Experience : Freshers OR experience between 1 to 3 years in any branch of IT or Computer or Linux/Windows server management
  • He must be good at English writing. Spoken ability is not required.
Minimum qualification requirement

Required - Bachelor's or higher education

Preferred - Located in Rajkot
