Job Summary

Hiring for AM Catalogue

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for catalogue creation by accurately classifying and correcting data of SKUs.
  • Creatively and Strategically catalog products by industry standards and by collecting data from vendor catalog, vendor websites, competitor websites & retail partner websites and update our catalog.
  • Coordinating with Vendors to ensure that their products are accurately reflected in our catalog
  • Product listing & uploading, affiliate orders, MIS report, Inventory report, Coordination with customers
  • Do the quality check for the catalogue images as per Image guidelines, to review product catalogues based on category guidelines and ensure that delivered data is accurate and complete with a positive impact on customer experience.
  • Set processes for maintaining data quality
  • Expertise in merging duplicate Items, New item creation, Image uploading, Title Corrections and MRP Update
  • Prioritizing, scheduling and assigning of catalog requests among teams to ensure quality output and meet productivity goals
  • Work proactively with Warehouse and Central Procurement teams for Catalog management

Job Specifications:

  • Ability to understand sales data and push inputs for Catalog changes
  • Good cataloguing knowledge and internet research skills to source information
  • Should have min 3+ yrs exp in medicine and OTCs Catalogue Management, Procurement, Merchandising
  • Capable of building partnerships, managing stakeholders, and working collaboratively with cross-functional partners to drive projects to completion and meet shared objectives
  • Proficiency in MS Excel is essential
  • Must have Good Communication Skills to handle Vendors and mails related to Queries.
  • Self-reliant, good problem solver, results-oriented
  • Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team leader
  • Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
  • Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Demonstrate highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and strong work ethic

Experience:

  • 2-3 years

Education:

  • Graduate & above with strong academic performance

Salary : 3.0 - 4.0 LPA
