Customer Service - Manager / Asst. Manager - Mumbai, Candidates should be Graduates / Post Graduate with adequate experience in similar capacity in CHA/Logistics Business. Should be smart, presentable and must possess good communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and keeping track - pre shipment to post shipment, until arrival at destination. Should co-ordinate effectively with all departments & to ensure customer satisfaction is at the highest levels. Responsibilities also include identifying sales leads and passing on the same to the Sales team. Back
