Job Description
This role will be responsible for designing, implementing and supporting corporate collaboration
platforms under the Digital Workplace portfolio. This position will be working with different teams
in the IT organization and with business process owners. Some will involve implementing
existing tools to improve business processes, and look for new solutions to solve business
needs.
You will be expected to work closely with business stakeholders and become a trusted advisor
in technology, solutions development and process improvement execution. You will work
collaboratively & cross-functionally to support successful execution of all approved and agreed
projects. You will also be working closely with project management to regularly report progress
and status.
Duties
- Design, implement and support corporate collaboration platforms
- Become a subject matter expert for Sanmina collaboration platforms (G Suite, Chrome
OS, Virtual Desktop platforms, and others).
- Measure adoption of collaboration platforms and develop action plans to increase
adoption.
- Help on preparing training and adoption material
- Partner with Technology teams as required in supporting the launch of processes
designed to enhance our vision of a Digital Workplace.
- Google Apps Scripting and development activities
- Excel Macro Conversions to support transition to G Suite platform
Requirements
- Prefer 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- 2+ years of experience in Javascript development
- Ability to leverage existing applications or methods and suggest improvements to the
new processes
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong process oriented skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to work on strict deadlines.
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team as needed
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
- Experience in Google Apps Script and Google API is a plus
- University degree in a related field of study.
