The UX Innovation Team within SAP IBSO is chartered with spearheading Innovation in the UX and UI space. As part of the team, you will be at the forefront of innovation activities with our customers many of whom are part of the fortune 100 and fortune 500 club. Using state of the art tools you will produce class leading user experience artefacts for enterprise users. You will have the opportunity to work side by side with some of the most talented people in UX within SAP and leverage the skills of a globally distributed team setup.

THE ROLE

• Perform analysis of customer business processes and requirements and architect custom end-to-end solutions that meet those requirements on price/performance/scalability
• Translate system requirements into custom solution specifications for complex and large projects Provide High-Level overall solution design
• Provide direction to development teams for custom solution realization and participate, as necessary, in coding, testing, documentation, go-live and maintenance support activities
• Create a relentless focus on quality of deliverables and ability to teach, lead and inspire team of developers and leads
• Effective change management on projects by analyzing the impact of any new requirements on the project scope & timelines
• Help the sales teams shape deals, through evaluations, estimations, and participation in the presales cycle for creating competitive positioning of SAP
• Driving adoption of newer cutting-edge technology within the organization through knowledge sessions, adoption of the same in the solution, etc
• Successfully manage stakeholders not limited to customers, project team and sales colleagues Research and develop innovative tools and methodologies for accelerating customer success as part of continuous improvement.
• Work in close partnership with UX Designers to facilitate the best in class user experience for SAP customers

ROLE REQUIREMENT

Education

B. Tech / M. Tech / MCA with an aggregate score of 70% or above from IIT / NIT / any Premium Institute

Skills and Competencies

• 10+years of strong technology experience in multiple business and technical processes.
• Sound understanding of the workings of the web, how web applications are designed, and knowledge of different UI development paradigms based on hands-on experience
• Ability to recommend end to end application architecture with more low-level focus on frontend layer.
• Ability to perform hands-on front-end development in JavaScript
• Strong Mobile development background in IOS & Android
• Must have sound understanding of non-functional considerations in overall system development like performance/scalability, security, usability and accessibility aspects.
• Experience in executing geographically distributed projects and working with culturally diverse workgroups
• Experience in leading technical teams and delivering successful results for customers
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation & communication skills in English
