Job Summary

Job Description

1. Must be able to do End-to-EndIT Recruitment individually. Candidates having excellent skills in Screening, Shortlisting, Calling, Convincing, finalizing interview schedules, Salary negotiation, and follow up with them till onboarding.

2.Candidate having multitasking ability based upon the Priority. Can handle new Employee Onboarding, Orientation, and Induction formalities.

3.Candidate having the competency to close the Job Openings in a specific timeline.

4.Payrolling process.Exit formalities, Employee engagement activities, Event/Festival Celebrations.

5.New policies formation and implementation across the organization level.

6.Must be able to handle all tasks related to HR& Admin, Office management & Account.

7.Need to operate CRM fully (Training will be provided)

8.Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences, and telephone conferences.

9.Reporting about the Day-to-day progress and providing HR & Administrative services to The Management.

10.Preference to local candidates or from Gujarat / Nearby states or candidates having a strong reason to relocate to Ahmedabad.

Required Skills:

1.The candidate must be from Ahmedabad or willing to work from Ahmedabad.

2.Candidate must have hands-on experience in IT Recruitment, IT Recruitment Process & Technologies.

3.Candidate must have a Minimum 0-10 years experience having strong networking with candidates, strong social media presence, expertise in IT recruitment process, use of various recruitment platforms, the experience of conducting F2F/virtual interviews, campus drive is a must.

4.Having the ability to be a good listener and to really understand an employee's/customer's problem or question and help them to solve out.

5.Excellent communication skills, Excellent telephone mannerisms. support will be provided over the phone/Internet/physical,Strong verbal and written communication skills.

6.Should Be Well Organized, Ambitious, Soft Spoken, Confident, Sincere, and Achievement Oriented. Should Have Strong Soft Skills, Positive Attitude, And Convincing Quality.

7.Should have Excellent Team handling experience. Must have good experience in versatile recruitment. Should have strong experience in HRMS Tool.

8.Should have good experience in building relationships with TPOs & campus drive.

9.Sapphire wanted to double the Headcount in the year so the candidate should not have any kind of timing level constraint. Candidate s work approach/mindset should be Task-bound and not Time-bound.
