Job Summary Responsibilities :

Client Management:
  • Nurture working relationships with clients throughout the project cycle.
  • Track client s processes and provides prompt assistance when needed.
  • Design and execute solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Manage client expectations and ensures delivery of client requests.
  • Assist customers with using our services throughout projects.
  • Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact.
  • Address customer issues with speed and efficiency
Project Management
  • Lead and handle complex accounts.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Prepare reports on project performance.
  • Assign resources from the company to the client.
  • Help clients implement services and plan projects effectively.
Operations
  • Ensure contracts are carried out according to agreed terms.
  • Manage invoices, bills and other financial aspects for assigned customers.
  • Work with sales teams to identify new business opportunities.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in sales, project management or consulting in eCommerce space.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal.
  • Detail and goal-oriented.
  • Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Management, or any related field; MBA a plus.
  • Project management experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM/project management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Sharp business acumen.
  • Ability to negotiate with clients.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once
  • Experience with SQL, cloud databases and Google Analytics
