- Nurture working relationships with clients throughout the project cycle.
- Track client s processes and provides prompt assistance when needed.
- Design and execute solutions tailored to client needs.
- Manage client expectations and ensures delivery of client requests.
- Assist customers with using our services throughout projects.
- Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact.
- Address customer issues with speed and efficiency
- Lead and handle complex accounts.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Prepare reports on project performance.
- Assign resources from the company to the client.
- Help clients implement services and plan projects effectively.
- Ensure contracts are carried out according to agreed terms.
- Manage invoices, bills and other financial aspects for assigned customers.
- Work with sales teams to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in sales, project management or consulting in eCommerce space.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal.
- Detail and goal-oriented.
- Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Management, or any related field; MBA a plus.
- Project management experience.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM/project management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Sharp business acumen.
- Ability to negotiate with clients.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at once
- Experience with SQL, cloud databases and Google Analytics
