Project Manager (m|f|d) Product Change Control Job in Sartourius Ag

Your tasks

• Your central task is the global coordination of a team of change coordinators and change leaders from the areas of PD, product quality and quality planning
• Ensure the effectiveness of the change management process, its tools and KPIs
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for coordinating the risk assessments of ECRs and their documentation prior to the approval of ECOs
• Implemented measures are monitored by you internally, within the group and, if necessary, externally
• Your tasks will also include ensuring the organisation and coordination of the Product Change Committee
• Implemented changes are communicated internally and externally by you and necessary training is initiated
• You create meaningful KPI's|OPI's and monitor them regularly

Your qualifications

• You have successfully completed your studies in mechanical engineering, process engineering or industrial engineering and management
• You have many years of in-depth management experience in the development or production environment, preferably in biotechnology, the pharmaceutical industry or the automotive sector
• Furthermore, you have experience in the areas of product and process change management as well as in problem solving techniques such as QRQC
• In addition, you have a sound knowledge of quality management, ideally in dealing with the ISO standards 9001 and 13485 as well as GMP | GDP
• Certification as a project manager according to IPMA | PMI is also desirable
• Very good analytical skills, a good understanding of processes in a holistic way as well as a very good assertiveness and strong communication skills round off your profile
• Fluency in English (French or Mandarin is also desirable) and a global willingness to travel (approx. 35%) is required
