Primary Role

While every day will be different, your role will be the following:

Reporting and Analysis

Create, review and maintain excel sheets centrally with all project costs data like travel,

third party, resourcing etc.

Share analysis and insights on the metrics with different teams and CEO with regular

frequencies.

Create, review and maintain the overall status of projects across key metrics as decided

by the organisation.

Organisation Planning

Assist and coordinate with teams to facilitate profit and loss budgeting.

Work with the Sales team to finalise project pricing, service level agreement and

onboarding of projects into the system.

Participating in meetings, documenting of discussions, collecting feedback, and

publishing results

Project Management

Enable and follow routines for regular checks to track and report project status, risks and

issues with various organisation teams.

Provide updated data on various project metrics with clear bottlenecks and solutions.

Systems and Process

Develop various systems and processes to manage profitability and quality of execution.

For example, vendor management process, travel booking process, costs approval

process.

Enable business operations team to manage data hygiene, best practices and quality for

accurate analysis.
