Human Resources Recruiter Job in Saviom

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy within the marketing, sales and IT industry.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post ads to appropriate job portals.
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Assess applicants relevant knowledge, competencies, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Assist in building training and tutorial material for on-boarding new recruits.
• Onboard and provide detailed training for new employees in order to become fully integrated.
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Occasionally organise team outing and training activities.

Experience and Skills

• 4-6 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter. This is not an entry level position. We are looking for someone who will take charge of the entire hiring process and employee welfare activities.
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews.
• Hands on experience with various selection processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making skills.
