Meeting the hiring numbers as per the business requirement
Implementation of proper Induction plan and employee joining formalities & FNF formalities
Implementation of all related policies and taking corrective action for proper discipline
Employee performance review on Quarterly, Half yearly and Yearly basis
To ensure proper grievance handling cell and communication channel
Planning and Executing Employee Engagement activities, Event Calendar and Budgeting
Handling payroll, Attendance, Administration, Regularity
