Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact for clients to discuss and understand their digital requirements.
  • Handling end to operations for all things concerned and not limited to setting up of Facebook, Google and LinkedIn ads. Optimisation , analysing data , creating data centric reports and sharing insights on a campaign level will be part of the role.
  • Ownership of social media posting and ensuring community management is ongoing Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact.
  • Working with digital strategy and creative team to map out requirements on an account, facilitate meetings and get the desired output on time.
  • Project and anticipate any work that could come over and above the retainer work, in terms of topical content and campaigns. Take initiative internally and with client to do work over and beyond the retainer.
  • Ensuring client queries and communications are answered on personal communication and mail channels. Always acknowledge the question and inform in case of any delays.
  • Ensuring that the best quality of work is created to achieve the monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.
  • Presenting the campaign ideas to the client along with the respective subject matter experts.
  • Ensuring that communication flows effectively; Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification and monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Liase between brand, agency and partners and will be leading all partner marketing initiatives.
  • Working with internal stakeholders to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client s brief and budget.
  • Analyze digital campaigns success and stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
