Job Summary
Qualification : Graduation
The purpose of this role is to manage front end operations process by ensuring customer files are verified as per policy and all discrepancies are cleared before disbursal for assigned location/Branch.
o Receive the approved file from Regional Credit Hub post approval as per assigned matrix o Ensure all files Verification file for Loan Against Property customers on receipt of file from credit team o Ensure all documentation is complete as per operations guidelines. Highlight any discrepancies to business and ensure all queries are resolved before disbursal o Post verification of documentation by team, ensure disbursal request is raised as per approved matrix. Ensure that disbursal request is raised within TATs from Central Operational team to reduce overall file processing time o Post disbursal, manage the preparation of welcome kit for the customer o Ensure that for each disbursed file, the post disbursal documentation and pending queries are resolved within TATs. Escalate any discrepancies in documentation to ensure resolution o Ensure the file is sent to the record management unit for storage after disbursal to ensure zero tampering of customer documentation o Ensure all the operations processes are followed without any discrepancy while checking each file o Support the team with any additional ad hoc activities as and when required.Qualification : Graduation
