Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming calls of investors & distributors.
  • Handling Walk in investor queries & coordinating with R&T for resolution.
  • Accepting applications of Purchase, Redemption, Switch, Special Products & Requests.
  • Reporting Liquid & High Value transactions.
  • Preparing Daily MIS, Monthly report, Time Stamping Register & DTR.
  • Preparing KYC s
  • Handling queries of Sales RM s
  • Sighting credits in bank for the transactions reported in BOSS.
  • Ensuring the proper cut off times as per SEBI rules.
  • Ensuring correctness of cash flow.
  • Sending High Value report

Qualifications & Experience

  • Undergraduate degree;
  • A Master s degree/professional qualifications
  • NISM Certified
  • At least 5 - 8years experience in the Industry / Asset Management Company
