Agile Coach Job in Scale Up Pvt. Ltd.

We are looking to hire Agile Gurus (AKA Agile coaches) who are:

a. Good facilitators: The most prominent role of an agile coach is to facilitate and guide. Engaging with teams and organizations, and understanding their key improvement areas is of importance for an agile coach.

b. Passionate about Agile: While an agile coach can be a Technical architect, or a lead programmer; we at ScaleUp are looking for coaches who have an excellent understanding of the agile values and principles. An agile coach would mainly guide a team to make the transition to agile or better their overall performance. The ultimate goal of the agile coach is to enable the team to make good decisions.

c. Experts in specialized areas of agile: If you have lots of experience in specific agile topics like Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum, Kanban, Test Driven Development (TDD), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe ), etc.
