Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase the firm's online visibility and attract potential clients.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.
  • Create engaging and persuasive content for various digital platforms, including the firm's website, blogs, social media channels, and email campaigns.
  • Optimize the firm's website for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and campaign results to measure digital marketing efforts' effectiveness, identify improvement areas, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to enhance the firm's digital presence and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as lawyers and partners, to align digital marketing strategies with the firm's overall objectives and support their specific marketing needs.
  • Keep abreast of industry regulations, legal guidelines, and ethical considerations related to digital marketing activities in the legal sector.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience of at least 3 years as a Digital Marketing Specialist, preferably within the legal industry or B2B services sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing concepts, tools, and techniques, including SEO, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and driving continuous improvement.
