Requirements
Should be a graduate, MBA/MSW graduate with an HR specialization
Must have 3+ years of experience in the recruitment industry with at least
Strong written, and verbal communication skills
Excellent experience in using various job boards, career portals, software & tools in recruitment
Abreast with different selection methods (interviews, assessments, assignments, etc)
Experience in IT recruitment with a sound understanding of necessary technical skills
