• Managing the whole recruitment life cycle, ensuring recruitment needs are fulfilled in accordance with the given time line
  

• Scouting for candidates through various Sourcing channels
  

• Build an engagement plan to connect and follow up with candidates to ensure they are onboarded
  

• Build engaged talent pipelines for multiple requisitions with active and passive candidates which can sustain long-term hiring goals.
  

Requirements

• Should be a graduate, MBA/MSW graduate with an HR specialization
  

• Must have 3+ years of experience in the recruitment industry with at least
  

• Strong written, and verbal communication skills
  

• Excellent experience in using various job boards, career portals, software & tools in recruitment
  

• Abreast with different selection methods (interviews, assessments, assignments, etc)
  

• Experience in IT recruitment with a sound understanding of necessary technical skills
