Key Responsibilities

Checklist and CTH Approval for Shipments

  • Review and approve Customs Tariff Heading (CTH) and duty confirmations for shipments exceeding defined thresholds.
  • Approve checklists for both new and used machinery shipments.

Coordination and Clearance of Urgent Shipments

  • Work closely with logistics partners to ensure timely clearance of urgent shipments.
  • Share clearance details and updates with relevant internal stakeholders.

Custom Duty Payments

  • Collaborate with finance teams to arrange funds for duty payments.
  • Oversee and process custom duty payments for assigned shipments.

License and Bond Management

  • Ensure proper management of import/export licenses and bonds, maintaining compliance with applicable regulations.

Coordination for Duty Benefits

  • Facilitate duty benefit claims and ensure all required documentation is accurately prepared and submitted.

Payment Coordination

  • Liaise with finance for timely payment processing related to customs, clearance, and regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Certification in Import/Export Management (preferred).

Experience:

5 to 10 years of professional experience in import/export operations within the automotive, industrial, or similar sectors.

Qualification :
