Job Description

Recruitment for various job roles across departments.
Working on the applicant tracking software in order to streamline hiring process .
Sourcing of candidates from multiple job portals.
Screening of candidates basis the requirement.
Coordination with internal stakeholders on the hiring requirements.
Vendor management
Sending out aptitude tests and assignments to shortlisted candidates and scheduling interviews.
Conducting the documentation and onboarding process of all selected candidates.
Salary negotiation with selected candidates and rolling out of the offer letter.
Effectively maintain the database of all candidates.
Brainstorming employee engagement initiatives to maintain high levels of employee motivation, commitment & satisfaction.
