Job Summary
  • Should mine and analyze large datasets, draw valid inferences and present them successfully to management using a reporting tool.
  • Deal with requests for information, and create ad hoc reports for the team, employees and management as required.
  • Accurately produce all required HR data reports, displayed in appropriate formats, in agreed timeframes. This includes the production of recurrent and ad hoc HR data metrics/dashboards.
  • Liaise with internal business units to obtain required data.
  • Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes
  • identify, evaluate and implement services and tools to support data validation and cleansing
  • Able to develop and support reporting processes
  • Liaise with stakeholders to fully understand data content & should be able to quickly comprehend business processes, systems & underlying data.
  • Prepare reports for relevant stakeholders using business analytics reporting tools
  • Create data dashboards, graphs and visualizations
  • Monitor & manage data quality activities as a part of a data governance framework.
  • Hands on experience on advanced excel/Tableau/SQL/other programing language will be added value
  • Knowledge of at-least one HRIS system is desirable to understand data relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills enabling the jobholder to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Accuracy and attention to details.
