Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled B2B Customer Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing programs that engage and retain our SMB and MidMarket customer segments. The Customer Marketing Manager will work closely with the sales, product and customer success teams to understand the needs of our customers and create targeted campaigns to support customer growth, retention and advocacy. This candidate must enjoy striving for continuous improvements, be collaborative in a team environment, and be obsessed with our customer s success. Responsibilities: Develop and execute customer marketing campaigns to drive customer retention, loyalty, increased usage and community. Partner with the New Customer Team to build onboarding programs for promoting quick and easy product activation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and manage customer communications including email campaigns, newsletters, webinars and peer-to-peer community building programs. Develop customer segmentation strategies based on customer behavior and profile data to identify ABM and cohort programs for increased product usage. Create and manage customer advocacy programs including customer referrals, use case and case study showcases. Manage customer surveys and feedback loops to ensure that customer feedback is captured and is incorporated into product development and messaging Analyze customer data and campaign performance to identify trends and areas for targeting and retention Continuously monitor and optimize the customer journey to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field 4-7 years of experience in customer marketing, preferably in a SaaS company Partner Marketing experience would be valuable but it is not required Experience speaking and interacting with SMB and MidMarket customers globally Demonstrated experience running integrated campaigns leveraging non-digital channels such as email and direct mail. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally and building relationships with stakeholders Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Experience with customer segmentation, targeted marketing, and customer advocacy programs Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce Successful history in developing and executing multi-channel account-based digital programs that deliver results
