Job Summary

Sales Operations Analyst
SMS Magic is looking for a strategic Sales Operations Analyst to work with our sales organization to
gather, analyze, map, and align the requirements for the deployment of new functionality or
enhancements within our Salesforce.com ecosystem and other analytical tools to meet key business
objectives


Roles and Responsibilities
Identify gaps & provide recommendations for data quality improvements including process
changes & data cleansing.
Work closely with leadership and sales team to identify systems, data, or process needs that
can drive revenue growth; streamline the sales process.
To drive process improvement initiatives.
Responsible for ensuring a proper system set up of internal users.
To identify gaps and conduct feedback sessions with sales representatives to improve sales
& quality of calls.
Directly responsible for new and existing sales reporting including dashboard development
on Salesforce.
Salesforce administration includes setup, roles & profiles, permissions, record types, user
management, object relationships including custom fields & functions & maintenance. Take
charge of sales force automation projects.
Manage Salesforce data and other integrations.
Know about Account Management, Opportunity Management & Pipeline forecasting. Support
and improve the pipeline metrics insights and reporting.
Support and produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reporting deliverables to the
organization. Owning and executing the fixes/gaps arising out of the reconciliation of reports.
Administration and support of Salesforce application, timely resolution of requests.Ability to
identify, troubleshoot, diagnose & respond to issues and requests.
Develop sales training materials to effectively onboard new hires and train the existing sales
team; generate and maintain detailed documentation of other policies and processes.


Qualities
Strong data management abilities.
Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
Strong communicator, both written & verbal.
Possessing the initiative to create presentations and analyses from scratch to answer
questions and look into the details and interpret the impact of key business drivers.
An analytical thinker with superior problem solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent multi-tasker who is always on it with stellar time and project management skills;
understands the importance of planning to meet deadlines that include multiple review points
and iterations.
Extremely detail-oriented and organized with prior experience having gathered, structured,
monitored, and validated data to ensure data integrity and detailed documentation.
