Job Summary

Location: Pune
Vertical: Securitas Electronic Security Solutions Pvt Ltd.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the consultants and PMC for specking and tender preparations
  • Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company s sales goals
  • Implement effective sales strategies to win new business and retain existing clients
  • Manage the entire life cycle of the new sale from mapping to order closure
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Maintain relationship and generate business from verticals like Real Estate, Hospitality, Hospitals, IT, Pharma, Commercial, E-Commerce, Data Centre and Global Accounts
  • Develop long term sales strategies and work closely with the senior management to meet company objectives

Skills

  • MBA / Engineering degree / BE in electrical or electronics
  • 10+ years of project sales experience in the electronic security systems industry
  • Superior knowledge of electronic security systems
  • Strong in vendor management, OEM relationship, client management and good market connect
  • Thorough knowledge of products like fire alarm system, CCTV, access control, building management system, PA, boom barriers / entry automation solutions, intrusion systems and other kinds of electronic security systems
  • Strong relationship with regional MEP consultants and PMC companies
  • Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines on fire and electronic security systems
Experience Required :

Minimum 10 Years
