Job Summary
  • Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements
  • Access and address technical risk
  • Ability to work well with internal teams, including engineer architect, developer, QA and operations. Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.
  • Answer incoming questions about the product and its capabilities (Fill RFPs)
  • Facilitates the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation
  • Investigate and assess customer technical issues related to the product and manage each case to a successful resolution, working in conjunction with internal and customer team where necessary
  • Create solution description and provide effort estimation for request/change request
  • Collaborate with solution architecture teams to ensure the operational aspects of a solution are aligned
  • Completely involved in performance and process optimization to ease the product usage.
  • Provide expert support, analysis and research into complex problems and processes relating to the subject matter
  • Experience navigating customer service issues with empathy and well explain difficult technical problems in a manner in which the customer understands.
  • Analyse competitors products and explore new ways to improve company s products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communication style with different audiences.
  • Provide internal and customer training on how to use the product
