Job Summary
- Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements
- Access and address technical risk
- Ability to work well with internal teams, including engineer architect, developer, QA and operations. Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.
- Answer incoming questions about the product and its capabilities (Fill RFPs)
- Facilitates the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation
- Investigate and assess customer technical issues related to the product and manage each case to a successful resolution, working in conjunction with internal and customer team where necessary
- Create solution description and provide effort estimation for request/change request
- Collaborate with solution architecture teams to ensure the operational aspects of a solution are aligned
- Completely involved in performance and process optimization to ease the product usage.
- Provide expert support, analysis and research into complex problems and processes relating to the subject matter
- Experience navigating customer service issues with empathy and well explain difficult technical problems in a manner in which the customer understands.
- Analyse competitors products and explore new ways to improve company s products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communication style with different audiences.
- Provide internal and customer training on how to use the product
