About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Technical Recruiter with a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting for technical roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology, programming languages, and a proven ability to source candidates through various job portals and networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' technical skills for various roles within the company.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
  • Maintain a database of candidates and track recruitment metrics to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruitment strategies.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical recruiting or a relevant role with hands-on experience recruiting for technical positions.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of various technical roles and programming skills required in the IT industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of organization.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
