Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Own & manage the conversion process of registered users to paid users using various marketing initiatives
- Plan and execute all organic and paid digital marketing strategies and initiatives, including SEO/SEM and Social Media
- Constantly monitor engagement metrics to increase engagement across web & app
- Work on innovative promotional & pricing activities to drive revenue growth across all channels
- Lead the development and execution of customer engagement initiatives across all channels (Email, Push Notifications, SMS).
- Develop Email content from scratch and execute using email marketing tools
- Develop and evolve advanced segmentation strategies that deliver truly personalised marketing programs and exceptional user experiences.
- Leverage analytics, trended data and deep customer insights to identify and execute innovative programs that continually push CRM initiatives to the next level.
- Fluent in Written English Communication
- Experience in mobile marketing of any form is a big plus
- Experience in mobile marketing of any form is a big plus
- Outgoing personality with a knack for solving problems
- Email marketing experience preferred but not a must
- Content/copy writing background preferred but not a must
