Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing Job in The/nudge Foundation

in this role you will...

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns

• Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

• Understanding how to use all research and lead generation tools available including Internet sources such as social and business media

• Developing a digital marketing resource with combined skill sets across all areas of digital including SEO, content production, PPC, retargeting, email marketing, affiliate marketing, online PR, quality link building, social media advertising, social media campaigns, and conversion optimization

• Analysis and presentation of digital marketing results

• Improve performance through reporting & analytics

You need to come with...

• Graduate degree in marketing or a technology

• Proven working experience in digital marketing

• 3-5 years of demonstrable experience in digital marketing channels, techniques & tools including (but not limited to) PPC, SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing, Affiliates & Google Analytics

• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

• Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hubspot etc)

• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

• Self-starter, ready to take on new challenges
