Job Summary

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Client servicing and Solutioning: Understand client requirements and deliver customer delight consistently. Support sales team with solutioning and provide consulting support. Find ways to upsell/cross-sell to existing clients. Pitch fresh and innovative ideas to clients. Showcase business awareness and identify consumer insights. Work with other senior managers to pitch for new accounts. Process Management: Identify opportunities in standardization and optimization of processes, drive and support automation initiatives. Establish robust control and governance framework for processes. Drive Productivity and achieve cost efficiencies through continuous improvement initiatives. Build and sustain a performance culture. Work with different global stakeholders to continuously improve process controls and efficiency of delivery of services. Build, Manage, Coach, Develop, and build a high-performance team. Unleash team s capabilities as part of development of individuals and teams. Stakeholder Management: Responsible for effective communication with the business leads & client s operations teams. Ability to liaise with multiple teams by defining clear responsibilities and project deliverables. Preparing business MI like resource utilization reports, Gantt charts etc. and presenting the reports to various stakeholders. An individual with experience in managing data management-related client engagements. Deep understanding of financial markets and capital market participants. Prior experience of working with multiple stakeholders and globally spread teams. Ability to negotiate with clients. Strong business acumen and the ability to answer so what? Ability to solve business problems and operations issues. Detail-oriented but does not lose sight of the broader program objective. Excellent communicator who possesses strong interpersonal skills. Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Challenges the status quo and strives for continuous improvement. Pushing clients and agency colleagues to think creatively and strategical. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSETS: 12+ years in client services and operations management within the financial/ESG services space. Need someone with strong people management and experience with handling onshore clients. Academic Qualification: Master s degree in Finance/Business/Operations
