Job Summary Responsibilities:

- Pickups & Deliveries:- Design the route for vehicle movement on time pickup (Forward Shipments)
and client warehouse delivery (Reverse Shipment) as per given time slot and (Services Level
Agreement).
-Inbound & Outbound:- Review all the kind of operation inbound and outbound process of reverse
and forward shipments as per given TAT.
- Fleet Management: - Monitor LCV and make a feasible route Plan, requirement and key monitor of
LCV Optimization in assigned territory.
- KAM Escalations and Coordination: - provide quick support required to client support and sales
team to solve client escalations.
- People Management:- Over all Monitoring of All DC in-charge and deciding and monitoring their
KPI.
- Weekly call/meeting with All DC In-charge in assigned territory to understand the operational
challenges and resolve them.
- MIS Report: - Has to collate DC wise performance reports on various parameters and share with
management.Responsible for reviewing and updating daily reports that are being sent by the central team.
- Cost Control:- Monitor overall PnL for the respective zone.
- Inventory: - Monitor day to day DC inventory, 100% load should be moved on next day, also
discrepancies in inventory and stock to be closed within the timeline.
- No process deviation:- Make sure that all shipment will route according to the process, no process
deviation will be entertained.
- Auditing: - Has to ensure regular visits in DCs are in assigned territory to review the ground
operation and process gap if any.
- Vendor Management:- Responsible for handling Ops and vendor escalations wise versa and to
ensure earliest closure.Has to ensure all vendor bill submission to finance from the ops side on time.

What to bring:
3 to 5 Year of Experience
Good communication skill is a must
MBA from Tier 1 college
Result-driven with experience of extremely target centric job
Decent excel skills and understanding of P&L
Ability for a quick decision making and working independently
Experience Required :

4 to 7 Years
