Plan and execute on time retail launches, monitor SKU availability & have a complete control on inventory
Store-wise inventory management to ensure consistent in-season allocation & replenishment
Maximize the selling potential of key products by securing the right space management atstores according to the current stock situation and sales drivers3P Brands & Marketplace Management
SPOC for all 3 rd party brands retailed, handling end to end across entire PLC range selection, identifying key growth drivers, promotions, and liquidation
On boarding new brands and looking for new marketplaces to expand customer base
Delivering revenue targets on marketplaces Sales & Data Analysis
Set quantified sales goals for each season and each channel.
Evaluating, tracking and analysing performances of different productsand channels.
Analyse sell through reports, to identify best sellers and slow sellers
Pricing & Promotions
Pricing of new season merchandise to ensure rational price laddering
Analyzing product life cycle, rate of sales and sell through to suggest articles for
markdowns
Planning EOSS (End of Season Sale) and mid-season discountsale
Drive net growth through setting and following up a commercial plan for each season
Visual Merchandising
Implementing a creative visual merchandising strategy for the stores and website
Working closely with graphic designer for website design, to make the homepage and
category pages more e-com friendly.
Store operationsLead store operations, One Two caf and ownership of store P/L
Facilitate trainings for store staff
Proactively suggest measures to enhance the customer experience across all channels.
Soft skills: self -starter, attention to detail and excellence in execution
Qualification :
B.Tech/B.E. in Textile

Desired Candidate Profile
NIFT Graduate/B.Tech (Textiles)/ Garment & Apparel Course from reputed institute, with 6 to 8 yrs of experience.Soft skills: self -starter, attention to detail and excellence in execution
Qualification :
B.Tech/B.E. in Textile
Experience Required :
5 to 7 Years
