• Marketing & Brand Communication
• Designing campaigns and strategizing.
• Digital Marketing & Promotional activities
• Assist in monitoring company accounts on platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Create and Manage social Media Content (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, WhatsApp Business) by maintaining, updating and expanding content on these platforms.
• Assist Manager in conducting research and gathering information from targeted audiences.
• Promoting Events on various Online Platforms like Allevents, WebinarKhoj etc.
• Develop social media content and implement marketing strategies.
• Handles customer & clients chat support and comments
