Job Description - SOC Manager

Required Qualification and Skills

• Manage Security Operations Center
• Ensure SLAs are maintained for the customers.
• Work closely with team and keep the team motivated and energised.
• Primarily responsible for security event monitoring, management and response
• Ensure incident remediation and monitoring on time
• Ensure compliance to SLA, process adherence and process improvisation to achieve operational efficiency
• Revise and develop processes to strengthen the current Security Operations Framework
• Review policies and highlight the challenges in managing SLAs
• Responsible for team overall use of resources and initiation of corrective action where required for Security Operations Center
• Perform threat management, threat modelling, identify threat vectors and develop use cases for security monitoring
• Creation of reports, dashboards, metrics for SOC operations and presentation to Management
• Co-ordination closely with development teams and get the features developed which are deemed necessary
