Understanding of project requirements and deliverables of the project Ensure tracking, communication and coordination with stake holders, partners, and management Ensure Support for the seamless design, planning, and execution of various Project keeping the team updated about all aspects of project plan, critical path, delayed activities for facilitating timely decision making. Collaboration with External EPCMC Consultant for Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management, and commissioning for various projects Support provided to develop project/program management best practices, processes & policies to ensure alignment with Zoetis Ensures that effective project management support, procedures, tools maintained Active participation / initiatives to partner with internal teams to plan, scope, and support for the highest quality experience and results planning and allocating agencies, monitoring progress, and keeping informed throughout the project lifecycle Support in weekly/fortnightly activity tracker completion and sharing with project governance and steering teams Ensures that effective implementation of Statutory Compliances / Guidelines / Requirements as per Zoetis Standard support the overall process equipment life cycle management responsibilities from Project phase including but not limit to the generation of user required specifications, start-up (FAT/SAT), I/O/PQ validation support, change management etc EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS & KEY COMPETENCIES 1.Graduation degree in Engineering or proven experience in project management 2.Candidate should be either from pharma OR Food and Chemical industry background preferably having exposure of Aseptic Manufacturing or - R & D 3.Candidate should have certification in project management (e.g., PMI, Prince 2) 4.Experience with MS Project software tool/ AutoCAD is necessary. 5. 6.He should have exposure to different machines used in pharma in
