Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify current and future training needs & skill gaps

Create Training Plans design and develop training programs to meet the identified needs

Plan, organize, design, deliver and manage the Training Programs end-to-end

Monitor and evaluate Training programs effectiveness and success periodically through well-defined metrics

Make continuous improvements in the approach, process and metrics of Training Programs as required

Keep all stakeholders informed of the progress and updates of the program and Meet with vendors regarding training programs and manage contracts

Promote a culture of learning, and encourage an open knowledge-sharing environment within the organization and Stay up-to-date with training trends and best practices

Develop and recommend training policies and processes that are inline with the Training budget

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and Considerable knowledge in methods to identify training needs and skill gaps
