The Retail Business Service (RBS) team is responsible to ensure information in Amazon's catalogs is accurate, complete and comprehensive enough to give our customers a great shopping experience every time.


The Retail Business Service (RBS) Training team builds people capabilities so that RBS delivers great customer experience. As a Learning Experience Manager you will be responsible to implement training programs, gather insights, analyze and ensure action on those to enhance the learning experience. In order to achieve great learning experience you will ensure 360 deg level of communication, suggest new or improvements in training methods, up skill trainers in BUs, drive ease of learning access for learners. A Learning Experience Manager will own parts of larger or more complex programs and may also own a smaller training need end to end. Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage training calendar
Deliver and manage Training skills training (process trainer, communication trainer, content development training)
Ensure implementation of training programs as per design
Gather insights from learners, ensure action and report
Ensure availability of learning coordinators for managing training in BUs
Deliver training as per need
Manage parts of ADDIE for larger training programs
Own small or less complex training needs end to end
Administer LMS and Reporting as per need
Develop training content, use rapid authoring tools

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

4 to 6 years of experience of which at least 2 years should be in training
Graduation in any discipline
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong training delivery skills Physical class room as well as virtual class room
Strong ability to influence without authority
High on ownership, bias for action, deliver results, earn trust, invent and simplify and learn and be curious

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

4 to 6 years of experience of which at least 4 years should be in training
Graduation in any discipline
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong training delivery skills Physical class room as well as virtual class room
Strong ability to influence without authority
High on ownership, bias for action, deliver results, earn trust, invent and simplify and learn and be curious
Aware of ID skills required for developing content
Skilled on articulate, captivate, etc.
