Role of Global Alliance Manager: As a Global Alliance Manager at Sigma, your role will encompass a range of responsibilities aimed at fostering strong connections with our partners and driving mutual growth for eCommerce to begin with and later expanding it to other areas like BI, FinTech, Lending etc. You will be at the forefront of managing and enhancing our partnerships, ensuring a thriving ecosystem. In this role, your ability to understand partner dynamics, execute strategic plans, and drive growth will be crucial. Your excellent networking skills, combined with a deep understanding of Sigma's strengths, will help position Sigma as a sought-after partner in the industry. Your work will be instrumental in cultivating strong, enduring partnerships that contribute to Sigma's global business growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Partner Identification and Management: Identify strategic partners aligned with Sigma's objectives. Efficiently manage and nurture relationships with existing partners. 2. Partner Communication and Understanding: Engage in individual discussions with partners to comprehend their expertise and expectations. Serve as a bridge between Sigma and partners, facilitating effective communication. 3. Networking and Relationship Building: Demonstrate exceptional networking skills to establish strong connections within the partner network. Foster meaningful relationships with partners, their leadership, and cross-functional teams. 4. Annual Partner Plans Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive annual plans with technology companies. Ensure partner initiatives align with Sigma's business goals. Define the Go-to-market strategy with the identified partners. 5. ROI Evaluation and Impact Assessment: Evaluate the effectiveness of partner engagements in terms of ROI and revenue impact. Make data-driven decisions to optimize partnerships. Define the annual revenue plan from various partnerships, periodic reviews / refinements to achieve the goal. 6. Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration among various departments within Sigma and partner teams, including product, sales, marketing, and engineering. 7. Long-Term Strategy Development: Collaborate with alliance partners to design and implement long-term growth strategies on a global scale. 8. Travel Readiness: Be prepared for travel based on business requirements. Essential Skills: 1. Strong capability to engage and communicate effectively. 2. Proficiency in leading partnerships and orchestrating strategies. 3. Exceptional presentation skills, including the aptitude to elucidate intricate concepts to diverse cross-functional audiences. 4. Excellent time management skills, complemented by exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. 5. Quick grasp of technical concepts and adeptness in simplifying them for audiences with varying technical backgrounds. Proficiency in comprehending E-commerce partnerships, as well as expertise in the lending domains.
