Job Summary

Role: We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales professional that is consistently motivated by successfully finding key prospects and engaging with them to garner interest and assist with the Sales. Once you engage the prospect and create viable interest, you will deliver the lead to the sales representative for further enhancements & development and work with the individual to close the deal. The resource will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious health plan client acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable and self-motived in making dozens of outbound calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and searching for additional relevant key stakeholder leads via LinkedIn, company websites and other search methods. Responsibilities: Source new health plan lead opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails. Will generate Qualified Leads for Software Product Engineering Services (on-site-offshore model) for Technology Companies in the US Healthcare and Insurance Industry. Understand prospect s needs and requirements. Will build and maintain a high-quality database of target account and contacts. Will support event participation and follow pre-show and post-show process. Will support the launch of new offerings and run campaigns to create market awareness. Will be involved in various marketing and business development activities Ability to break down a complex solution to be easily understood to gain interest. Route qualified opportunities to sales executives for further development and closure. Research target health plan accounts and identify target key stakeholders for outbound calls. Team with sales representatives to build opportunity pipeline. Provide assistance and play a key role in end to end sales. Required Skills: BTech/BE is Mandatory. MBA/PGDM as an additional qualification will be an added advantage. Candidates who are MCA/MCM will not be considered. Proven 3-6 years of healthcare inside B2B lead generation/business development experience. Willing to work in evening/night shift US time-zones. Candidates with solid Lead Generation experience for the US market for outsourced software services. A quick learner with an ability to quickly acquire adequate understanding of the target market. Should have track record of successfully achieving monthly / quarterly targets for qualified leads. Should have clear understanding of Sales Cycle Running Campaigns, setting up conference calls and in-person meetings at CXO level for the filed sales team. Exposure to the US ISV/Healthcare/Insurance Domains will be an added advantage. Proficient in researching target companies and identify right party contacts. Familiarity with using CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho and generating timely sales reports. Should have excellent communication (Written & Verbal), influencing and persuasion abilities. Confident of building a strong rapport with key contacts and their EAs in the target accounts Should have strong networking skills to build a contact base through various social networks like LinkedIn, Facebook, Company website. Ability to adapt & multitask in a fast-paced environment is necessary. Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day Ability to get through gatekeepers to talk to target contacts Strong listening skills Ideally have worked in lead generation with Health Plans
