Job Summary

Position Manager Customer Success and Account Management

This is a leadership and team management position and will be responsible for driving renewals, upsells and new sales from existing customers. To accomplish this, the manager will build relationships with all our customers. The Manager of Customer Success will run a team of Customer Success Managers that interact regularly with the clients. The goal is toensure that we have a strong relationship withcustomers, and we drive improvements to the customer susage of Simplotel and drive adoption of newfeatures that help customers and potentially upsellnew products to them.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve a high renewal rate for our SaaS, doing upsells and getting referrals from existing customers
  • Visit key customers periodically and develop and maintain good relationships with all our key customers. Serve as the point of escalation resolution for customers
  • Build and manage a team of Customer Success Managers and develop them
  • Design and implement processes that ensure that we are developing relationships with customers, consulting them on how they can improve the use of our product and derive more value out of it
  • Do the analysis, develop a strategy for customers, and teach the team to do the same to help customers derive more value from our solution.

Skills required

  • Graduate degree in Engineering. MBA a plus.
  • 4-10 years of Account Management or other customer-facing experience.
  • Excellent management skills to develop a team of 4-6Customer Success Managers
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Flair to convince external customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Solid analytics skills and good knowledge of Excel. Understanding Google Analytics and e-commerce is a plus.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs or experience in sales a plus.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
